• Technical Issues: Full or partial refund if our service fails to generate documents due to technical problems on our end
• Double Charging: Full refund for any duplicate charges or billing errors

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Credits that have been used to generate documents
• Requests made after the 24-hour window for unused credits
• Issues arising from incorrect data input or template design
• Service unavailability due to scheduled maintenance
• Dissatisfaction with the service features that were clearly described before purchase
